These terms explain the request process for cleaning services provided by Bravo Maids LLC.
Requests and confirmation
Submitting the form requests assessment of a possible cleaning visit. It does not reserve availability, confirm an appointment, accept a cleaning scope or authorize automatic dispatch. Service arrangements must be confirmed separately with Bravo Maids LLC before the visit.
Accurate details and authority
Provide accurate contact, property and timing information. Submit a request only for work you can authorize or explain your role in arranging it. Where the property is occupied, permission and access must be arranged with the people concerned. Tell the operator about changes to the property condition or requested window.
The scope of cleaning
The accepted cleaning scope determines the tasks for a visit. Host-stocked linen swaps and staging used items may be assessed; full laundry, linen supply and purchasing consumables are not implied. Repairs, inventory decisions and property management responsibilities remain separate from the cleaning request.
Using the site
Use the forms for genuine questions and cleaning requests. Do not submit private occupant information, payment details or access codes through the initial form. Content explains the services that can be requested; it does not establish availability for a particular address or date.
Questions or changed plans
Use contact to raise a question or explain a change, identifying the property and earlier request. A message about a change is not itself acceptance of a revised appointment. Any service-specific arrangements agreed with the operator should be checked before relying on them.
