Furnished rental cleaning questions, answered

The details worth settling before the cleaning window arrives.

Questions people ask

Who provides the cleaning services?

Bravo Maids LLC provides cleaning services requested through San Diego Turnover Cleaning. A request needs assessment of the property, scope and availability before it becomes a booking.

Does submitting a date reserve that time?

No. The requested date and window are checked before acceptance. Include both the earliest possible entry and the time the property must be released.

How do I choose between onboarding and turnover cleaning?

Onboarding addresses a first listing or management handover with an initial condition to assess. Turnover addresses the cleaning reset between occupants. If the condition is uncertain, explain it in the notes.

Does a linen change include washing and drying?

No. Host-stocked linen swaps and staging used items can be assessed. Laundry, supplying replacement linens and purchasing consumables are separate requests and are not implied.

Can cleaning happen while a guest is staying?

Request occupied stay cleaning and describe available rooms, personal-belonging boundaries and permission for entry. The access arrangement needs to be agreed before booking.

Can I request work for several properties?

Explain that you manage several addresses and identify the property needing attention first. Each property has its own condition, scope and access requirements; one acceptance does not automatically cover the others.

What should stay out of the initial request?

Do not include alarm codes, payment information or private guest details. General access arrangements, property condition and timing are enough to begin.
