Privacy policy

This policy describes information submitted through the cleaning request form.

Information you submit

The request form collects contact details, property and address information, the selected service, timing preferences and the notes you choose to include. It also records whether you choose the optional text-message consent. Do not submit payment information, door codes, alarm codes or private guest details in the notes.

Why the information is used

The details support handling a cleaning inquiry intended for Bravo Maids LLC, checking the requested scope and availability, and communicating about that request. The form may include the page or campaign that brought you here so the source of the inquiry can be identified. Technical services used to operate the site and handle requests may process that information.

Text-message choice

Text consent is optional. Leaving that box unchecked does not prevent submitting a request. The contact details still let the operator respond about the inquiry through another available channel. A cleaning request is not a confirmed appointment.

Website measurement and browser storage

The site uses first-party measurement to understand visits. It sends the website host, page path, referring page and a temporary session identifier to our website service at app.localservicestack.com. This pageview measurement does not include the details you enter in the inquiry form.

Browser session storage holds the temporary measurement identifier, the first page you visited, its referring page and request identifiers with hashes of submitted details used to recognize retries. The retry record does not store the raw form details. When you submit an inquiry, its attribution can include the first-page URL, referring page and campaign parameters. The site uses these details to understand where requests originated. This measurement does not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies.

Questions about your information

Use the contact form to ask about information you have submitted or to request a correction. Identify the earlier request using the same contact details without adding sensitive information. The operator may need to verify that the request concerns your information before acting.
